Why it is important?

Family and parents influence the academic, social and emotional development of children, which can enhance and improve their educational experiences and outcomes.

The family is the most important primary group in society. Every one is a member of family and has duties to make our self to become a person who have responsibility and value. Also, family has responsibility in teaching children as its contribution in a building human resource for society. Member of family has right to get the body prevent, take care, and human right from parents.

Member of family need meal, clothes, home, education, health prevention, and safety. To complete this needs, the parents try to do anything to raise and complete all needs. The family also has function to provide formal and informal education to children or member of family. So function of family is very important to educate children to become human resource in society.

During the development of our children there are two fundamental spaces for growth and socialization. The first of these is the family, where they learn basic functions, such as speaking and eating, as well as learning the values and rules of conduct that will guide their future.

The second is school. There, they "go out" into the private world where they coexist with their peers and adults, assimilating new knowledge that allows them to be tolerant of "difference".

However, these two elements that initiate their formation should not act separately, but rather the best results are achieved when the family and the school work closely together for the education of children.

CRITICAL OPINION

In my case I hope that educational institutions not only focus on the theory of the sciences they teach but also work on values, ethics, morals, emotions, empathy and social inclusion; for all these aspects to become a reality it is necessary to work together with the educational institution because if all these values are practiced daily mainly at home and in the classroom, it will become a habit that will be a positive aspect in children to relate to society.
